We’re now looking for a Savings Coach to shape Nordnet’s voice and presence in the German market through social media and community engagement. In this role, you’ll be the face of Nordnet, creating clear, confident, and educational social content that helps people understand our offering and feel empowered to invest. You’ll work in a small, hands-on, collaborative marketing setup while partnering closely with central teams. This is your opportunity to build our social presence from the ground up and directly influence how German investors discover, understand, and trust Nordnet.
Key responsibilities
Lead Social Execution: Own the development and execution of Nordnet’s social media strategy for the German market across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
Community Engagement: Drive our presence in social media and financial forums, including proactive and reactive contact with customers to build brand preference.
Content Creation: Create and localize standout social content that simplifies complex financial topics into engaging, bite-sized inspiration for savers and traders.
Trading advocacy: Build a profile towards the German trading community, contributing a "trading perspective" to social discussions and bridging customers to our active trading offering.
Customer feedback loop: Listen to social sentiment and highlight development potential in our customer offering to the wider team.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with local Customer Service to manage reactive communication and with central Brand/Creative teams to ensure high-impact visual storytelling.
Performance Tracking: Analyze social KPIs including engagement, reach, and conversion from prospect to engaged customer to continually refine our social narrative.
This is you
You’re an experienced social media specialist and financial enthusiast who knows how to make content convert. You are a natural communicator who understands how different social channels behave and how to adapt financial messages to drive impact. You bring a "builder" mindset suited for a fast-moving, trust-driven environment and a genuine passion for the stock market.
You bring:
5–7+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or content creation, specifically within fintech or financial services.
Trading Experience: A deep understanding of the stock market, including knowledge of complex products (ETFs, stocks, derivatives).
Channel mastery: A strong grasp of social media algorithms and what effective, high-engagement content looks like on each platform. Hands-on experience creating short-form video and social-first assets that build trust and drive action.
AI & Innovation: Experience using AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and workflow efficiency to scale our social presence.
Language: Native-level German and strong English for cross-functional collaboration.
Mindset: A structured, proactive, and self-driven approach with excellent networking and "people" skills.
